Moms Supporting Moms

Led by: Amanda Ratz, Licensed Professional Counselor and certified K-12 School Counselor. Amanda has three children of her own and is also walking through the joys and challenges of motherhood. Choose yourself every Sunday before dinner and the start of the new week ahead. We will root each other on, wipe each other's tears, and most importantly provide a safe place where we can all be supported and seen. 

Ways this group can support you:

*Find support becoming the best version of you as a Mom

*Learn and share new tools to best empower you as a Mom

*Celebrate the difference you make as a Mom

*Discuss and learn new coping skills to best support you in motherhood

*Learn to reduce anxiety and depression while reducing overall stress

*Learn to stay more present and best prioritize what means the most to your family

*Become vulnerable about reflecting on how you can grow as a Mom

*Become inspired as to how important good self-care is to nurture you as a Mom

*Create practical strategies to reduce overwhelm

Dates: Weekly on Sundays starting September 13th

Time: 3:00-4:30pm

Duration: 6 weekly session ongoing group

Cost: $55/session $330 total

We will partner together to discuss how to talk to your child about mental health, how to monitor their mental health including suicide awareness and prevention, and strategies and areas of focus to best support your child's overall mental health from a parenting perspective.
